Check-in - Rooms are available from 2.30 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Check-out - On the day of departure rooms should be vacated no later than 12.00 a.m.

Cancellations - In case of cancellation the following penalties will be applied:
- for cancellations communicated from 14 to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: 30% of the whole stay will be charged as penalty.
- for cancellations communicated from 7 to 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: 50% of the whole stay will be charged as penalty.
- for cancellations communicated 2 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date: the whole amount of the stay will be charged as penalty.

In case of no show or should the scheduled departure date, reconfirmed on arrival, be anticipated, a penalty equivalent to the whole stay will be applied.

If the arrival of another guest is not expected, a late check out can be obtained at the rate of 30% of the full daily rate. Late check outs should be arranged with reception staff the day prior to the scheduled departure date.

Confirmation of reservation - Reservations must be confirmed and guaranteed with full credit card details and deposit of 1 night.
